fantastic stay!
convenient locationcomfortable bedroad noise
i loved the location near the town centre it was super convenient! the included breakfast was a real treat and the bed oh my gosh so comfy i slept like a log! friendly staff made everything even better.
the road noise was louder than i thought possible waking me way too early! the windows didn't block enough sound it really affected my sleep i hope they fix that soon!

the hotel has a great location near the town centre this is amazing for accessing shops and restaurants. it provides easy access to many places visitors might want to explore plus parking is ample. public transport links are also quite close to the hotel.

my room a standard double was very nice and neat i had tea and coffee available. the shower was hot and had good pressure it worked really well. fresh towels were provided daily and were very soft.

the hotel includes a breakfast buffet with various options bacon sausage scrambled eggs and beans were available. cereal fruit and pastries are also available providing many selections. the breakfast area was clean and well maintained i enjoyed it.

The breakfast had good choices (I liked the pastries). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable enough.
The on-site parking cost extra (it would be better if it was included). The room looked a little worn. I saw some minor signs of wear and tear.

The tv did not function, despite assurances it would be fixed. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It swung between scalding and cold with little warning.

The receptionist offered a discount code for parking. Nicky, a staff member, assisted quickly after the TV malfunctioned in our initial room. A complimentary drink voucher was then offered. The breakfast provided a plentiful amount of food.
Milk sachets and coffee sachets were very limited in the room.
